Whether you chose to lose 10 pounds in one month by taking the Garcinia Cambogia, Rasperry Ketones,  or Green Coffee Bean Extract,  or want to lose up to 34 pounds with the hormone free hcg 1000, the choice is how long you have to lose the weight comfortably.  Most consumers want the weight gone fast and still lead a healthy life.  All of these products have been endorsed on the Dr Oz show and are manufactured in USA FDA approved labs.  With the first three products there is no special diet to follow, just take the pills 30 minutes before you eat and let your body do the rest.  With the HCG 1000, you will have to stick with eating lean protein, vegetables, and fruits for 23-40 days.  You will see pounds and inches disappear daily as the unwanted body fat around your midsection, buttocks, and thighs start to melt away.  95% of participants who followed the regiman lost on average 34 pounds with just one phase of the HCG protocol.    Below are the guidelines to follow.

Days 1-3:  Start taking the drops 3x a day 1/4 of a eyedropper at a time.  Gorge yourself with high fatty foods, this sets up your metabolism to start the process of burning 4000-7000 calories a day.  Enjoy cheeseburgers, fries, ice cream, chocolate, pasta, bread, and anything you can eat to get your body ready for high speed burning of unwanted fat.  Don't skip this first phase as its very important to your body setting up your metabolism to burn at a higher rate when starting the next phase.


Days 4-40:  While taking the drops 2 times a day, you will eat the foods listed on this website.  You can mix it up how you like, and just follow a 1000 calorie diet a day.  The more often you eat or snack on healthy food, the faster your body will burn the fat.  Follow this plan and try not to cheat.  If you have an occasion where you absolutely have to cheat, just eat a lot of apples the following day and your body will be back into the swing of things within a few days.  Only do light exercise like taking a brisk walk once a day.  After a day or two of this phase you won't be hungry but still continue to eat the right foods and stay between 500-1000 calories a day.  Celerey is an excellent snack, along with cucumbers.  After the 2nd day of this phase you should start to see 1-2 pounds a day start dropping off.  Continue with the same routine for at least 23 days, if you only have to lose 20 pounds, or follow the 40 day plan if you have to lose more.


Days 41-100:  Go on a 1500 calorie a day for the next 3 weeks slowly introducing pasta, bread, sugars, and more protein.  Your body is used to eating healthy at this point, and will be programmed to keep eating the right foods.  Remember if you go back to your old eating habits and lack of exercise the weight will come back on.  Just eat sensibly and exercise more.  By now your body will be down 20-30 pounds and you will actually feel like keeping the weight off when people notice how thin you are becoming. 


If you feel down the road you need to start this diet again to lose even more weight, that is fine, you just have to take a 3 week break in between because your body develops an immunity to the HCG hormone. 

 

A typical day for me while on the protocol is this:  Get up, take 1/4 dropper full of HCG under the tongue.  Let it absorb for about a minute.  Eat 3 eggs, along with a cup of black coffee.  At lunch I have turkey, or chicken bites along with a salad containing romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, and celerey.  Take the drops either 15 minutes before or after you eat lunch.  For dinner I have a lean steak along with a vegetable on the list.  In between meals I snack on strawberries, oranges, apples, and cucumbers.  I just watch what I eat and the calories I consume.  Also take your drops at night before you go to bed.  I just take a 1/2 mile brisk walk down the road and that is enough to energize my body.  Then I get ready for the next day, being even more motivated getting on the scale in the morning and seeing 2 more pounds gone.
